Our Story
In 429 AD, on the eve of Mulan’s departure, her elderly, ill father sat up and cooked her a final meal. He passed down the family’s ancestral noodle-making craft to Mulan. While in the army, Mulan combined her longing for home with daily martial arts practice and noodle-making techniques, achieving perfect harmony. Her dumplings and noodles became a sought-after delicacy among the soldiers, and her skills spread throughout the camp.
Today, we encapsulate this 1600-year-old memory into a dumpling, continuing Mulan’s culinary legend and preserving this oriental memory from the Northern Wei Dynasty. Legend Dumplings, a taste of loyalty and harmony, bring the flavor of China to the world.
